Hi, I’m Isaac Verser. I am a realtor, a soon-to-be broker, and a lifelong entrepreneur. When I was 12 years old I started a lawn care business I grew to 5 figures a month, which at the time made me a very popular guy amongst my friends. I was always very generous, and although I didn’t save very well, my mindset around money was always strong and I knew money was always on the way to me.

It wasn’t until I was faced with a medical crisis that I realized I needed to improve my savings habits, as my emergency fund was not enough! This has lit a fire inside of me to educate people about the importance of financial discipline.

Real estate is the number one thing that brings me joy aside from my friends and family. With almost a decade of experience helping people buy, sell and invest in real estate, I have found it to be one of the least understood processes out there. One of my best skills is making the process easy to understand.

I believe that housing is a human right and that nobody should be unable to afford to rent or purchase a home. This passion to help people find housing has driven me to develop a vast network of resources ready to help my clients improve their credit, find a mortgage, consolidate debt, save money, and increase their earning potential with a real estate side hustle.

My wife Liz and I are teaming up on this project because we are both passionate about helping people vibe their money and in a partnership, both business and personal, we can give a unique perspective of being married small business owners, living a simple, joyful life.
