Top 9 Most Lucrative Work From Home Jobs in 2023

Storytime:

As a branch banker for most of my career I was pretty much required to go into a workplace. I remember driving around after a huge snowstorm when I was a branch manager to pick up a couple of my tellers who couldn’t get themselves dug out in time to open the bank….insert eye roll at the blatant love for profits over people here… but that was over my proverbial head at that time.

When I left banking in 2019 I joined my husband in real estate. He had been in the business for about 5 years at the time and had recently switched brokerages to one that was less expensive but also didn’t provide an office space he was accustomed to. So we both found ourselves working from home starting in 2019.

I wish I could say it was smooth, but unfortunately, we both have social jobs that require us to talk to many people throughout the day. So it’s sometimes hard to focus. We have tried several things to make it work including moving our office into our front living room, working outside in the summer, etc. It’s been a struggle to work from home for us …but we are hitting our stride after 4 years.

I love the idea of being able to work not necessarily from home but being able to work from anywhere… these are some great options to do that…
